For more information or to request the availability of our apartments in Rome, please fill out the Booking Form below.

Once the availability of the apartment has been verified, the actual booking can be made by e-mail, telephone or fax.

Upon making the reservation, you will be requested to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount by bank transfer or PayPal. Your reservation will be approved only after having received confirmation of the payment (copy of the receipt via fax). Reservations for periods longer than two weeks require an additional 25% to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

The remainder must be paid in cash at check-in (no travellers cheques or credit cards).

Cancellation Policy:

• up to 90 days prior to the arrival date, the entire deposit will be refunded, less Euro 15 for bank and postal fees
• less than 90 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no refund.
