Upon making the reservation, you will be requested to pay a deposit of 25% of the total amount by PayPal. Your reservation will be approved only after having received confirmation of the payment (copy of the receipt via email). Reservations for periods longer than two weeks require an additional 25% to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

• up to 30 days prior to the arrival date, the entire deposit will be refunded, less Euro 15 for bank and postal fees
• less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no refund.
